Setup for a new Drupal site can be as simple as changing the site name - if you want a really plain and boring site that is. Otherwise, there are a number of steps and areas to cover when first emerging from behind the installation process.
One of the more confusing things about Drupal is the setup process itself. There are so many modules which contribute to the setup, that things seem a bit spread all over the place - because of how Drupal modularizes things.
There is no one single place to head into and step through setup in a 1, 2, 3 fashion. (Hey, there's a module idea in there somewhere.)
So, it's a matter of hitting all the areas that count when first setting things up. Of course, you must also realize, there is a degree of setup to most every module you add to your Drupal install.

Matt, I was wondering about how you felt about allow users to download your video's for offline viewing? My personal preference is to download and view on my laptop while offline. I tend to watch the video more than once also while I take notes. Yours are especially content heavy so note taking is essential to get the most out of them. Just a thought...

Because I'm using QuickTime, all you have to do, after the video has downloaded in the browser, is click on the small triangle on the lower right hand side of the player.
Chose the Save As QuickTime Movie... option and you can save the video wherever you wish.

i am new to Drupal and your videos are a great help, but I seem to be missing some basics. Where did the "Administration Menu" choice in the menu on the left come from? It doesn't seem to be available in my newly installed system (6.15)
